We invite you to undo the accumulated patterns and habits that are no longer serving your life.

 

カラダにも、思考にも、感情にも

生きているうちに

知らずと自分を縛っている癖やパターンが

あったりする。

   

Each of us lives in a mind and body built from assorted habituated patterns. While some of these patterns can be useful, many of them are no longer useful to us and have taken root deep in our consciousness without us noticing.

These deeply held patterns over time develop into mental, emotional and physical pain or discomfort. This restricts our capacity to make necessary changes that will allow us to grow a life in which we are not just barely surviving, but thriving in all that we do.

Undo ! ゆるめて解き放とう。
